A Tirupur (near Coimbatore) based dairy start up engaged Growth Circle Consulting as sounding board to increase sale of milk to residential households.   This is a strategy implementation project where Growth Circle consultants were engaged in execution of the initiatives and tasks identified therein.   We suggested several near-term and medium-term marketing initiatives that can be pulled off by the client’s team with minimal investment and achieving maximum outcome.  We are also engaged in setting up a D2C arm for the sale of value added products and identifying a software app for managing the customer relationship including billing, collections, route management.

A Chennai based High Pressure Aluminum Die Cast manufacturer has set itself ambitious goals to reduce dependence on the automotive sector from 70% to 50%.  It wanted to focus on high pressure die cast components that are utilized in non-automotive segments such as Lighting, Medical devices, Aerospace & Defence, Telecom etc.  Growth Circle Consulting did a thorough analysis of the die cast market in India and globally and analysed the competitive trends in India.  Next, we identified the long list of non-auto segments and assessed their potential to use high pressure die cast components and deduced top 3-5 segments that the client can target to begin with.  We have also delivered a go-to-market strategy and a 100-day operational plan listing out the activities that it needs to do in Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Manufacturing functions.
